Implement batch upload endpoint

Add the new batch upload endpoint, from github/git-lfs#285

I'm interested in implementing this. The git-lfs client devs are interested in removing the old API from the client as soon as possible. It already defaults to the batch API as of git-lfs 1.0.0+. Is anyone else interested?
