Hey @tayloramurphy,

We discussed with @pnadolny13 about specifying the channels that we would extract data from for the slack analysis project. Currently, we are extracting data from all channels; however, there are channels like "fitness" or "90-day-fiance" that are not relevant to the analysis we're attempting to execute. Additionally, the meltano squared repo is only pulling from one specific channel.

**The question is should we go through and determine which channels are most relevant to the questions we're attempting to answer with our analysis and specify them in the existing meltano squared, meltano.yml file? Or just continue to pull from all channels as we have been doing up until this point? **
