When taps are built with the SDK, we should have a flag to match what's expected by MeltanoHub

I'll keep this open but I'll think about an approach that's the most useful to all (Meltano, the Hub, maintainers).

I don't know that we actually need this anymore - we use the keyword: - meltano_sdk on the hub which seems sufficient. I think this was tied to automatically generated the yaml for the Hub from SDK-based connectors, which is a bit of a different issue than just this single keyword. I'm fine to close if you are.
