feat: Add Landing Page Filters

I'd love to be able to filter for SDK based plugins from the extractors/loaders landing pages. Right now when I search for "sdk" I get 10 search results which makes it seem like we only have 10 SDK based plugins on the hub when we really have close to 100.

I'm sure theres other filters like "amazon" or "aws" that overflow the search box so its hard to see the full list of matches which makes it hard to explore.

Also having https://hub.meltano.com/extractors/?keyword=meltano_sdk (or something similar) show the plugins in the same grid view would be nice
