feat(gridsome): Add count of plugins per maintainer to Maintainers page
On the develop branch: It looks like the maintainers page has incorrect counts. There are a few with 0 plugins associated with them. Primarily its new non-singer plugins like SQLFluff and Airflow but theres a few singer too. Maybe their plugins have since been removed, if so we should probably remove them as a maintainer.

@pnadolny13 - Is this still an issue? Or specifically, can you tell if it is a bug, or just maintainers counts (accurately) moving to zero and needing to be manually removed?

@aaronsteers it looks like its still an issue. See the screenshot below of https://hub.meltano.com/maintainers/. We show SqlFluff and Apache as maintainers with no plugins although they do have plugins. I cant tell without looking deeper if the other maintainers with 0 plugins are correct or should be manually removed but it shouldnt be hard to find for whoever works on this issue.
I took a stab at this real quick and it wasn't obvious where the problem was. Considering how hidden this page is I don't know that it's a huge priority to get done. And given that we want to migrate this over to engineering + the Gridsome Redesign I think we put this at a lower priority.
