Can you add the ^ before the versions, so that future versions would automatically apply?

Merged this into my fork and published this as express-minify-html-2: https://www.npmjs.com/package/express-minify-html-2

This should do until this repo gets back alive.

Is there any update on getting this PR merged? The vulnerabilities are marked as high.

Last update was on Dec 30, 2017. Don't wait for it to be fixed. You can go with my fork, if you want an up to date version or post issues there, if you have any.
