[Feature Request] 1.25x or 1.5x Screen Sizing
Can there be 1.5x screen sizing?
Maybe I’m wrong, but I think the reason they didn’t already do that, is to mantain nearest filtering without introducing artifacts when integer scaling is enabled. Is there a specific reason why you want 1.25x and 1.5x instead of the default “fit screen” behaviour?

I want to ask something very similar, but first i searched for that and found this.
In my case is to ask for a 2.5x window size. Why? Because 2.5x resolution of each DS screen is 640x480, and together in vertical are 640x960 (without gap), which is the biggest rounded window size below 1080p.
However, as @Brankale says, using that with integer scaling, making every 1 pixel to 2.5 size will produce a lot of distorsion in the graphics, so it only will be useful there if is planned too for melonDS to have 2D video filters (SuperEagle, HQX, BRZ...). Retroarch and DesMuMe have them and also they have some x.5 window size as options.
About the 1.25x and 1.5x window sizes, 1.25x will be 320x240 each screen (so 320x480 vertical layout, 480x320 horizontal), and 1,5x 384x288 (384x576 vertical, 576x384 horizontal). Maybe they are useful with an old netbook with an screen of 1024x600 or something like that, idk...
