Dual screen not working on RPi 5

I am trying to get 2 NDI streams to appear on each of the displays connected to a RPi 5. By default only the HDMI-A-1 appears in the list even though both displays are working and showing the desktop. I have tried to add HDMI-A-2 as an extract output in the player config file but that didn't work.

Is there an alternative configuration setting I am missing?
