pi5 stream won't play at network devices but only at the very same unit

Hi Thank you for the great project. I am trying to play pi5 stream at network devices but it won't show the video. Could you answer the following question from ndi support for troubleshooting the network playing issue, please?

How is the video encoded at the Pi5? Is it H264, H265, or SHQ codec? If it's H265/HEVC, then the end-points must have an HEVC/H265 decoder, which may be a separate download/purchase.
