Force streamer and audio input device sample rate

Is it possible to change audio sample rate of the audio input device and NDI streamer to specific setting? I'm using an USB audio device with Raspberry to stream over NDI that supports 48kHz sample rate. The NDI project in the receiving machine is otherwise using 48kHz sample rate audio inputs, and Dicaffeine NDI streamer appears only connect to the USB audio device at 44.1kHz.
