fresh install of dicaffeine 22.04 on 4.16.18-galliumos (lightweight Xubuntu distro) leads to

/usr/share/systemd/user/dicaffeine.service:10: Executable path is not absolute: pkill -9 XmlBuilder

your help is appreciated - which libssl version did you use?
