Player will not open NDI feeds from ProPresenter 7

I've noticed that on our RPi4s (we have three running dicaffeine) dicaffeine won't open NDI feeds from propresenter. It's stable with feeds from vmix and our Birddog camera.

In turn our NDI feeds from propresenter seem to work everywhere else (vmix, NDI studio monitor).

I initially thought it could be due to bitrate (past versions of propresenter had a minimum resolution of 720p50) but with the latest version of Pro7, I have tested a 720p25 feed and that does not open either. I was wondering if there's any reason why the two might not be compatible?
