Not using all accounts

When I reportbot someone or commend , it doesn't use all accounts...

Reportbot sometimes uses 5/5 or 2/2

Its ok, same happens to me. Actually all accs report your cheater(u can check that), just Titan bugs with counting.

As mentioned by JailSeed, the message occurs prematurely before all accounts have finished and thus reports a incorrect number. This is a bug. Assigning @raspbianlike.
