Ellerman bomb detection

Similarly to redshift detection, add Ellerman bomb detection. For now, I'm simply missing SER files with such features (or I missed them).

My two cents:

We are talking arcsecond or below sized features on the 1800 arcsec wide Sun.

I looked into today's scans in various wavelengths, and concluded I wouldn't have the needed resolution, and while some might have the resolution on a perfect day, seeing might also simply put the feature "one slit width" away from the right place at the right time, the scanning simply skipping over the bright pixels. Relative to the 1800 arcsec .. 1800 pixels, in my full disk scans, I have oversampling of about 2.5x scan length wise (360fps 678MM) and 1.6x scan width wise.

I am not as pessimistic as you are :) While it's true that the features are very small, they are in fact easier to detect in the spectrum itself. Look at this page (use translate ;) : http://www.astrosurf.com/rondi/obs/shg/Bombes_ellerman.htm

Basically we're looking for a bright spot which shows up in all pixel shifts except for the center of the Ha line. I have also seen papers suggesting that Ellerman bombs can be detected in Helium lines.
