The slashes in `FFmpegPath` need to be `/`, not `\`.

Either open a powershell/terminal window and execute the exe directly in that window, or look at the log file to see what the error is.

Also, what OS are you using? That looks pre-Windows 10, but I could be wrong.

I believe `id` is the id of the post/message and not the video/photo/etc. attached, so it's often not unique enough. `mediaId` should be part of the filename in case there...

If you disable the date filtering, does it then work on older content? I would think a 500 would be an OF server problem, but it somewhat sounds like it...

If you're using a VPN, try directly. If you're not, try using one.

Are you using your own Wildvine keys, or CDRM? Are you still seeing this issue on the current release?
