Create a way to make a rikaikun enabled scratch pad for pasting arbitrary text to read

With Rikaichan, I'll often copy text from other programs (email, chat), and open a temporary page via the URL data:text/html,<html contenteditable> that I can paste into and get translations. Rikaikun doesn't seem to do anything for these pages, but it would be great if it did!

Likely impossible. data isn't permitted scheme for chrome extensions: https://developer.chrome.com/extensions/match_patterns

Weeeeellll... It's not exactly the same, but I have added custom scratchpad page to my fork - versusvoid/rikaigu@017273c82. Can be opened by Alt+S after enabling extension. If you'll find it suitable, I'll publish updated extension to chrome's webstore.

It does support file:// URLs which people can use for opening any random text file with their text in it.

This is also similar to the look up bar request I guess.

I think the difference between this and #18 is that the lookupbar would probably not be suitable for a large amount of text.
