Change on the http://127.0.0.1:19090/ Dashboard and listing of CSP

The CSP instances displayed on the Dashboard page, could be shown with a different text color or row background color if they have a heartbeat older than 2 days? This can be an indication of CSP instance experiencing connectivity or other problems.

Change the background color of the row of CSP instances displayed on the listing of CSP page. When a CSP has an older installed version of a module that the assigned one, the row could appear with a different background color. Additionally: a message could be displayed on the Dashboard
