RT/RTIR creating comments on incident
when adding a comment to an incident ticket, it is not displayed in the ticket afterwards. It is also not synchronized
Has already been reported 2019-03-13 to capgemini during a training session.
You mean comment in the History entries?
I mean the transactions called 'Comment'.
This is correct. Must be fixed in next release.
