It happened to me a few times. I disabled the module within app/etc/modules/Aschroder_SMTPPro.xml thus switching to php mailer and all queued messages were being sent right away. And then re-enabled...

It also does not show the website specific price in the grid, it shows the correct currency for website B and default price for admin website
