Hi @melaniewalsh, first of all thank you for the effort of compiling all this useful information!

I am the author of a Python package (trafilatura) which routinely performs downloads and web scraping. It is explicitly designed for academia, especially linguistics and social sciences.

I think if would fit nicely in the section "Responses and Requests" section in 04-Data-Collection/02-Web-Scraping-Part1.html, so I am considering adding it via pull request. Would that be okay?
