Added explainer for Address Hierarchy

ICAP-ET team had previously been blocked w/ uploading addresshierarchy metadata; couldn't i.d. why iniz wasn't uploading it.

It might be a good idea to move this into a separate README? Right now, Address Hierarchy isn't the only domain that requires a specific module to be installed to work, e.g. OCL and MDS also require those specific modules to be loaded...

@ibacher I think it'd be fine to have a FAQ in the main README no? Maybe with collapsibles?

P.S. The case of AH is particular, Iniz has in fact nothing to do with it, that domain is not loaded by Iniz at all.
