`Propagate Corner Components to Other Masters` does not respect alternate layers

I have different configurations of cap and corner components in my alternate layers. This script does not take this into account and overwrites all layers with whatever configuration the current layer is set to.

The script should only propagate between like layers so that intermediate and alternate layers keep their configuration. I suggest making this an interactive script with a dialogue window allowing the user to check off which layers will have their cap and corner components propagated. Imagine having several alternate layers and/or intermediate layers. It should be up to the user which layers the components are propagated from and to.
