Transform Images.py: Move not independent of Scale

Moving pictures does not work independently from scale. It seems that the Scale values are applied to the actual Move distance. Effectively, this breaks the Back button: Hitting Go twice, and then Back twice does not recreate the original situation if both Scale and Move values are set.
