Multiple manifests per viewer instance

It would be nice to support the simultaneous display of multiple image manifests in the same Leaflet instance. Use case is pages from a book, or dynamic display of multiple related images in a single zoomable view. The equivalent of: https://openseadragon.github.io/examples/multi-image/
