[Feature]: Alternate Container Registry

Describe the Feature Request

Docker Hub is reducing unauthenticated pulls from 100 per 6 hours to 10 per hour (Reference) , which causes issues when bootstrapping clusters. I am requesting support for configuring an alternative registry (e.g., ghcr.io, quay.io) to avoid these issues.
