Test

With following environment variables:

$ export TOKEN="01234567:abcdefghijklmn_ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRST"
$ export CHAT_ID="-123456789"

# for verbose output messages
$ export VERBOSE=true

run tests with:

$ go test
