v1.11: Update Postman collection

API changes

1. /multi-search: new properties for the federation parameter
2. /settings/localized-attributes: accepts ISO-639-1 bigrams
3. changes to /settings/embedders accepted properties and document templates
4. changes to /search hybrid usage
5. /search: new filter operator

None of these seem to impact Postman:

• 3, 4, and 5 are experimental features, and even if they weren't they don't change the API itself, only the usage of a few parameter properties
• 2 slightly alters usage
• 1 adds properties to a multi-search parameter, which also does not change the API itself.

@curquiza, am I missing something or do we only need to bump the collection version for this release?
