Create a legal information page

The implementation of soft deletion has brought up the question of where to place information of legal nature that might be distracting and out of place in pages discussing otherwise strictly technical aspects of a feature (e.g. https://github.com/meilisearch/documentation/pull/1866#discussion_r977867027).

We should look into creating a dedicated resource collecting what information we have about Meilisearch and its aspects likely to be legally relevant. Might make sense to connect this to telemetry.
