New page: advanced docker usage

It has been suggested that we add an additional resource—most likely a separate page—for people using Meilisearch with Docker. This would include, among other things:

  • How to pass CLI flags
  • How to pass ENV variables
  • How to import a dump
  • The filepath(s) where you can find:
    • database file
    • generated dumps
    • generated snapshots

If you think of anything additional that should be included in a page like this, please comment it below.
