Create a repo with stop words in different languages

We haven't added any commits to meilisearch/synonyms yet. Maybe we should delete it and create a different repo, meilisearch/resources or something similar to hold stop words list, synonyms list, and other things users might be looking for. I think it would be better than several different single-purpose repos.

Not sure, I would expect us at some points to have a lot of languages files. That would make each type of resources easier to find. Not against the idea either.
