SETUP: Have a Kingdom layout with Innovation and Tournament

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: -Buy Innovation -Play a Tournament with a Province in hand -Discard the Province to gain a Princess -When prompted, set aside Princess with Innovation

UNEXPECTED RESULT -The cost reduction effect takes place, but +1 Buy did not.
