Split Pile enhancement

Something that I think would be nice to have (but by no means a priority) would be if on the final screen that shows how many of each card each player has, split piles could be broken out for each card. For example, Catapult/Rocks would show 1/2 if you had 1 Catapult and 2 Rocks instead of the combined 3 it shows now.

Not sure how this could be implemented for Knights and Castles (though Castles get broken out in the scoring summary, so basically already covered), but would be nice for at least Sauna/Avanto and the other Empires Split Piles.

Similar to #469 . Will probably implement both as part of the same enhancement once I get to it. Thanks for the suggestion!
