Goat Should Have Higher Priority

Goat is apparently played in hand order, and should be higher up the priority line.

Crown, counterfeit, and maybe goat should be above silver. There is only the one time o care where silver is in the order and it is annoying that it has such a high priority. I'd probably be ok with goat after silver though.
