Patrick sometimes doesn't buy cards at all.

I'm not sure whether it's a problem to Patrick or all AIs.A (sheltered) log for example. latest.txt

I'm afraid that Patrick never buys cards in shelter-active games.

What's more,in shelter-inactive game,after Duchy becomes empty,Patrick doesn't buy cards at all,either. A log for example.(after turn17) latest.txt

Still investigating this behavior. I didn't write the Patrick code, so it'll require a bit of looking through to track down.

Patrick bought nothing in my game using the Dusk (Nocturne) set just yesterday. I played (as usual) with me, Earl, and a random AI, and Patrick was selected.
