Prediction on multiple dataset

@edyoshikun , @ziw-liu, I need to run inference on multiple datasets for the organelle box project. The main bottleneck is computing PHATE on these datasets together. Currently, the PHATE is computed per dataset. Also, can we set a fixed random seed for PHATE computation? Thanks!

This functionality already exists in the PC viewer. We will add a script that recalculates the PHATE for combined datasets.
