Plugins are still enumerated despite disabling

I have the same issue, panopticlick still shows all the plugins (even with flash completely disabled).

Issue confirmed on Windows 8 with Firefox 42.0 and the last version of Blender (0.1.7).

Is it normal that checking the Disable Plugins setting does change a extensions.blender.disable-plugins to true, leaving the defined extensions.blender.disable-plugin set to false?

I have the same issue on Windows 7 with firefox 44.0.1 and Blender 0.1.7
