[Compendium] Add Ghost, Hull and Vampire traits

to all code checks with the same logic asAbilities
Added as Abilities in #152. Includes a "class_default" field from #150 to allow for marking abilities as class defaults, like "Ghost Form".
This should make many custom playbooks easier to implement, too.
