Add Fortune roll & Engagement category

Some rolls are fortune rolls and are not against position/effect. I suggest to add this as dropdown during skill/attribute roll and also as part of the "Dice Roll" menu from the desktop.

Allowing negative dice on those rolls will facilitate situations such as Indulge vice rolls with zero dots in the respective attribute.

Fortune and Engagement labels are for better reporting in the chat.
