New Faction Tracker Page

First off, I want to say thank you so much for adding a faction tracker inside the VTT, it's a great improvement to the system!

I'd like to suggest two things:

  1. You can assign an image to any faction list you create, but it doesn't seem to update the thumbnail

  2. There are currently 8 pips representing faction status. Pip #1 and pip #5 are both "Neutral" status. I would suggest that pip #1 either be removed or be changed to "Eradicated" or "Destroyed" to represent a faction that is no longer around.
