Tooltips in Character Sheet lose alignment

Just firing up BitD on Forge-VTT for the first time and noticed that the tooltips on at least the items window seem to lose alignment with their icons if the window is scrolled at all. Here is a screenshot when scrolled to the very top of the window, where it is normal:

And here is the same window, scrolled down, with my mouse over the "Blueprints" tooltip icon....but the tooltip shows many rows below Blueprints. When hovering over the lowest icons, the tooltip doesn't show at all (it has gone off screen).

I am on a Macbook, using Forge-VTT, with the latest update of the BitD system. Granted, my screen is just slightly below the recommended size and I get that warning from Foundry about screensize unless I maximize my screen (rather than sitting in browser).
