[Feature Request] Option to go in offline mode if connection time out

What happened?

The app will stuck in splash screen if there's internet but cannot connect to MEGA. I live in an area that requires VPN to connect to MEGA, when I'm not on VPN the app will stuck forever on splash screen, in this scenario I wish there's an option to go in offline mode, so I can still still view my offline content.

What did you expect to happen?

The app will enter offline mode when it reaches some connection time out, or present an option to go in offline mode.
