Read only oneway sync from mega to phone

Describe the feature you'd like

Having a way to periodically update/download files from specified mega directory to directory on an android phone

right now there is two way sync and backup which is one way from phone to mega, but we lack one way from mega to phone

this way one doesn't accidentally change the contents of the directory on the phone and they can still upload files manually via the app

usecases:

• for example some manuals one often needs
• photos from other sources
