Mega sync fails log in. Stuck at fetching file list.

I have the latest version of megasync installed. I have a 16tb with much in a public share. It will not log in and hangs with fetching file list. How to fix this.

I am having this issue as well, Mega login from the browser works fine, but now on the desktop app its stuck retching file list.

same thing happening here, especially when editing files in code editors. after saving them, megasync gets stuck uploading, then gets stuck at fetching file list the next time the computer starts or the app is restarted.

so far the only solution i've found is to reinstall megasync...

same thing happens to me on vscode.. managed to fix it running the latest installer, but will now only work on my PC or my Laptop.. which ever is online first...

Solved! / Found a fix!

(for my problem atleast)

You can still use Mega to backup your hidden ".git" folder (2,000+ Items for me) on your main pc, But you have to exclude it on every other device.

I guess mega realy dont like all these tiny project files which keep changing and reupload & sync between devices. probably causing overload and syncing issues between diff file versions which causing the issue..

you can still sync your repo, just not the "project developing files" i guess.

Once i did that, everything worked flawlessly. 2 months + by now

Same issue here. Just unable to login. Can someone of mega.nz take a look at this please. What's the point of 8TB cloud storage if you can't upload or access it?
