Download queue missing when destination disk is full

When download disk destination is full, Megasync removes the queue after it relaunches.

But the .mega files still exist. Is there a way to grab the link from the file?

it's an old bug and it's very annoying. You have to look up the source of the link again. They just need to edit some code and make the link remain listed.

Sadly it's easier than done (esp when donwloading a lot of files)
