Arch Linux: Installation of development programs as dependence

When downloading through the site (https://mega.io/desktop) and install it on Arch Linux a series of QT development programs are installed.

Any way of these programs are not installed as dependence?

As they are not the same thing by the way.

They are not. The applications in the second image are Qt development programs. That is, instead of downloading only the necessary libs, the development programs are coming.
