Duplicate desktop icons when updated/reinstalled on Win10

I mistakenly filed this as an error over at https://github.com/microsoft/winget-pkgs/issues/62121, but this happens with manual installations as well.

Hello, when you reinstalled Megasync, did you choose the option "Install for anyone using this computer"? image (34)

My guess would also be if the icons are already in the public user desktop folder. Mega then downloads your desktop icons to your user profile desktop since it does not look at public, only the user. Or i'm assuming so.
