Please add settings import/export

It would be great to have an option to backup sync folders list and exclusion list.

After reinstalling Windows and MEGASync it's a challenge to setup 60 sync folders and 20 exclusions.

Why not use a simple textarea for exclusions by the way, so I can copy and paste it from another PC?

Trying to install on a new PC and it's impossible to get the old settings working, gotta add 30 exclusions manually again. :\
