System Tray Icon Stuck on Syncing

Hello,

I noticed for several days that the MEGAsync systray icon is stuck on syncing, but there are no active syncs happening. I uninstalled and reinstalled and get the same thing. Using the latest version.

So I came here to report this issue. Same problem for over 1.5 years. Haha!

Windows machines all have the same problem. Seen this on my account and on a business account.

I believe is a problem with office files, since I happen to move some files and open those with office and/or libreoffice and started noticing the stuck icon. Something to do with cache/temp files created while editing?

Not sure. I stopped using Mega after numerous sync issues and no help from support, even on the business plan. I was very disappointed because after switching my entire company to Mega, we experienced numerous sync issues, duplicates, different versions, had to switch the whole company again to a competitor because they continued to have unaddressed issues. No issues whatsoever with the competitor. :-/

Going to leave this issue open until someone tells me it's resolved so that others can get help, if Mega ever responds. I created this issue in May of 2020. Ha.
