[Issue]: Decryption error

Summary

After finishing downloading a file I got "Decryption error"

Steps to Reproduce (For Bug Reports)

List the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Download file
  2. Pause and put PC to sleep
  3. Resume
  4. Complete download.

What happened?

I got this error after the download finished.

What did you expect to happen?

To get the file I downloaded and not having wasted time and GBs?!!

  • OS: _e.g., Windows 11
  • MEGASync Version: 5.11.0

Hi, To determine whether the issue is related to MEGAsync or the file you’re trying to download, could you please try downloading the file using the web client? Does it work?

It would also be helpful if you could contact our support team and follow the instructions to send a log file so we can investigate further. Please avoid pasting log files on GitHub for privacy reasons and send them through our official helpdesk channels.
