MEGAsync does not support resume on download.
I have a slow and unstable internet connection. When I send a file to download, it starts downloading, but if the connection is interrupted, the download restarts from the beginning. It doesn't matter how much I've downloaded, 10 MB, 100 MB, etc., when it is interrupted, it starts from the beginning. On one occasion when I was not looking it ended up using 1 GB to download a 200 MB file.
Using the web page, the download is more stable. If the connection is interrupted when it reconnects it continues approximately where it left off, only going back very slightly in what has been transferred up to that point.
